RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident shopping with Kioko Clothing Company. If you are not 100% satisfied, return eligible items within 14 days of confirmed delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS
Returns must be requested within 14 days of postal confirmed delivery. Due to the nature of the items, Custom Products and/or Cut-and-Sew are ineligible for returns regardless of what payment option is used.
Flat-rate return shipping of $5.75 will be deducted from the refund.
No restocking fee will be applied.
Refunds are issued in the form of instant e-gift-card.
Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tags and shipped within 7 days from the time the return label is created. Failure to ship items back within 7 days from approved request will forfeit the return request, no exceptions.
- Washed, worn, damaged, or otherwise unsellable items will be refused and returned to sender or at the customer's expense.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We offer size exchanges for shop-designed apparel within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Custom products or Cut-and-Sew are ineligible to be exchanged, no exceptions.
Exchange items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping fees unless the issue resulted from a fulfillment error, which then is covered by Kioko.
No exchanges will be processed until the returned item is received, quality checked and approved. From there normal processing timeframes do apply for all reshipments & exchanges.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Contact us at orders@kiokoclothingco.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and return shipping label (if applicable). If the customer does not qualify for a return shipping label they will be responsible for the return shipping fee which we will collect via invoice at the time the return or exchange is processed.

Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed after all items are received in acceptable condition. You will receive confirmation via email.
Free return labels are only available if you chose additional insurance options at checkout.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued in the form of e-gift-card after inspection and approval only.
$5.75 return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item does not meet eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.
- No refunds will be processed for washed, worn, altered, or final sale items.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact Customer Care via email at orders@kiokoclothingco.com. within 72 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue, send a complimentary label if needed.
Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and original packaging.
If the item is still in stock and the damage is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.
If the item is no longer available, you may be offered a store e-gift-card or refund to your original payment method.
- Every return is inspected. Missing, ineligible, or worn items can reduce or cancel credit. Credit adjustments for unselected or questionable items are issued only after the warehouse review.
We are committed to making it right—quickly, fairly, and without added cost to you.
RESERVED RIGHTS & LEGAL NOTICE
We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and reject returns that show excessive wear, alteration, potential fraud, or other irregular activity. We may refuse service in store or online for similar reasons. Non‑Fashion Kioko items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
SHIPPING CLAIMS
Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of confirmed postal delivery.
Claims submitted after this window may not be honored.
CANCELLATIONS
Customers may cancel their own orders hassle-free through their online account within 30 mins of purchase. Cancellations requested after 30 mins but within 24 hours will be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee, deducted from the credited amount. If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled after the 1-hour window—even if still within the 24-hour period. No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours. All orders will be processed as scheduled.
Because we are a create-on-demand company, items are not pre-decorated—they are made to order using stocked blanks. This means production begins shortly after an order is placed.
KLARNA & SEZZLE PURCHASES
We accept Klarna and Sezzle for eligible product purchases. If you request a return:
Refunds will be processed once returned items are approved.
Klarna or Sezzle will adjust your installment plan accordingly.
You cannot use Klarna or Sezzle for services, digital products, or custom orders.
Klarna/Sezzle purchases are subject to their own terms & conditions regarding refunds and installment cancellations.
WASHED OR USED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
To be eligible for any return or exchange:

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
PLEASE SEND YOUR ARTWORK AT THE SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE IT PRINTED.
Once again, the customer is responsible for cropping, sizing, and removing the background for their artwork prior to submitting to be printed. If not, your image will result in a smaller print than expected. Customers must size their files appropriately because we are not able to tell if it was an error or in fact your intent to have it printed the way it's submitted.COLORS
Please use spot colors when creating your artwork. Only use white in your design if it represents white ink and your design is shown on a colored background.FONTS
All fonts in vector artwork need to be converted to outlines (Illustrator®). Once your text is converted and sent to us, it can no longer be edited.LINE WEIGHT
All lines need to be a minimum weight of 1 pt. All negative spaces need to be a minimum thickness equivalent to 2 pts.BACK PRINT UNDERBASE
If your design requires a back under base, a minimum thickness of 5 pts. is required (behind the fill) around the perimeter of the design.PRODUCT DETAILS

We offer custom full color state-of-the-art commercial prints that offer industry-leading quality. It is recommended that you apply our transfers to 100% polyester garments. Transfers can also be used on an abundance of substrates made for sublimation including: ceramic mugs, tumblers, tiles, slates, canvases, and so much more. Simply press and go! All you need is a heat press!
Upload your own design or choose from our wide variety of custom designs. No minimum quantity order is required. If you have your own business, you’ll never have to turn customers away because they need just a few shirts or because the artwork is complicated with many colors and gradients.
The SUBLIMATION process results in bold beautiful color. SUBLIMATION provides great durability and a full choice of colors, not including white, and SUBLIMATION transfers are just as good as screen printing, or direct to garment (DTG) printing.
Kioko Clothing Company provides gang sheet, roll options, individual sheets and a fast turnaround for orders.
Ready to order? The following information will help you submit your design(s) so Kioko Clothing Company can provide what you want and you can look forward to the finished design you envisioned:
- All artwork must be print ready and in the size you want it to be printed.
- 300 DPI resolution is suggested for the best results.
- You should ensure that your background is 100% transparent; otherwise, it will be printed as it is received. If the background is not transparent, it will be printed along with the design. We will not remove the background for you. We will print the design as it is received.
- Artwork will be printed in the size that is submitted. We WILL NOT resize any images.
- Submitted design(s) will be printed as a DTF transfer only; the returned order will not include a garment or pressing services.
Please be aware that a heat press is required for application of SUBLIMATION transfers.
Kioko Clothing Company is not responsible for quality issues that may result from poor quality/low resolution files submitted to us. Failure to supply a print ready Portable Network Graphics (PNG) file will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.
Individuals submitting designs to Kioko Clothing Company should own the copyright on each design submitted for printing. Kioko Clothing Comapny cannot be held liable for copyright issues of any kind.
$30 Artwork Setup Fee GANG SHEETS: If you need help submitting and placing your images Kioko Clothing Company can set up the gang sheet for you. Fee includes placement of all images submitted.

***Rush order fees do not include the shipping fees. Customers are responsible for choosing, adding, and paying the shipping rate needed for their order during checkout.
Rush Order Fee Policy: Rush Orders cannot be cancelled and are NON-REFUNDABLE once made due to the fact your items will be pulled and placed into production as soon as the order is received and verified. We will not refund purchases due to user errors.
CARE & STORAGE
How to wash a DTF Printed shirt?
Turn your tshirt inside out. Fill your washing machine with cold water. Use the correct amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach. Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine. Air Dry your t-shirt or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer.USE & STORAGE
All transfers purchased from the website is being sold for the sole purpose of being applied to a garment upon receipt or shortly after. We cannot be held liable for DTF transfers stored by our customers. Storing the transfers are at the sole discretion of the customers however no exchanges or claims of damage will not be accepted after 48hrs from the confirmed postal delivery date. If stored... Store in cool dry place away from moisture and excessive sunlight. Try adding drypacks when necessary.SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns Policy
Because of the nature of DTF Transfers all sales are final excluding notifications of "DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY". To exchange a product which has been damaged during delivery a request must be submitted to KIOKO within 72 hours of confirmed postal delivery (seen on the tracking history). No exceptions. The original item will be returned and exchanged for the exact same item.
Shipping
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require photos of the proof of damage. Including the package with our label showing and the item itself.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without return confirmation from KIOKO because a return or exchange will not be honored.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for returns made and not approved and the outgoing shipping fee will not be refunded. KIOKO covers the return/exchange fee on a case by case basis when a damage request is submitted.
No exchanges will be made until the postal service confirms receipt of the damaged item and updates the tracking to show they have it within their possesion and are returning the item to KIOKO.

DTF Transfer Paper Application Instructions
If present, please trim off any color registration strips and order id information from around your image, using scissors. These will transfer to the garment if not removed.
Preheat the garment for 3-5 seconds to remove excess moisture. Let the garment cool before adding the transfer.
Place the transfer on the shirt - white side down, image facing up.
Press at 300F for 15 seconds under very firm pressure.
Wait for the carrier sheet to cool completely before peeling. Peel cold.
Cover the image with parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds. You can use a Teflon sheet, butcher paper, or tissue paper.
***Please note: If the image does not come off completely, repress with the image in place, let it cool, and repeel the film.
Care Instructions: Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. No bleach. No softener. Do not dry clean or iron. Tumble dry low.

Press at 400F for 90 seconds under very firm pressure.
Peel immediately. HOT Peel.
